What Can I Do With a Sociology Minor?
The Sociology minor will develop skills that make you a valuable contributor to a range of careers, such as journalism, law, criminal justice, social work, and community development. This program illuminates the social forces, inequalities, and institutional structures that impact our lives. The skills and knowledge gained also form a strong foundation for graduate studies.
What do Sociology students Learn?
The Sociology minor enhances skills for careers in criminal justice, education, law, human and social services, market research, advertising, government, or other related fields. You will learn investigative and analytical reasoning, the ability to look at situations from different points of view.
